At JD Watches NY, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a sturdy outer shipping box.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
